Music is not a choice. It is a vocation. Just as some people communicate with movements, words, others connect with the universe through sounds, rhythms and the voice.

Music has always been in my family’s blood. On my mother’s side, my great-grandmother Rosalía Garitano, was an opera singer, and she travelled Europe doing concerts. On my father’s, Lluís Millet, was the founder of the Orfeó Català, and he dedicated his life to strengthening the Catalan music.

Piano was my first pasion. Between games and fun, studying music was my favourite thing to do. Time goes different when you are a musician. At the age of 13, I started to sing. I sing home, at bars, theatres, I perform, I sing for the whole world. Soul, brazilian music and R&B are the rhythms that make my heart beat faster

I studied to be a singer and a piano player at the music school Escola de Música Moderna de Badalona, and later on, at the Taller de Música de Barcelona and with the singer Carme Canela. Music requires hours of dedication and study, that’s why I moved to New York, where I studied jazz y modern music in different schools, hand to hand with musicians such as Nancy Marano, Mercedes Hall, Jean McClelland and Justin Stoney.

Since music guides me, I ended up in Brazil, where I studied brazilian music composition and brazilian popular music interpretation, with great musicians such as Chico Pinheiro, Fatima Guedes, Paula Santoro and Zé Luiz Mazziotti.

In 2014, I became a certified voice teacher from the prestigious school from New York, New York Vocal Coaching. In 2015, I certified in Rhythm&Blues Vocals at Berklee College of Music Online. In 2016, I got the Professional Diploma in Teaching Contemporary Singing at The Voice College de Londres, England.

The dance cannot stop. That’s why I’m now getting certified as a vocal coach by the Modern Vocal Technique Institute.

There is only one thing that I like better than singing. Singing together. Perceiving the evolution of a student who learns that in order to sing, more than a beautiful voice is necessary. I lead children choirs and adults choirs with passion, I teach voice lessons and I perform with my music bands.

This is the story of my life, and I invite you to come singing with me.

I began my musical studies at the age of 7 with the violin, but as music became entangled in the drawing of my DNA, a new form of expression was becoming more latent, singing.
I finished the studies of a higher degree of violin at the Badajoz conservatory and the studies of a higher degree of singing at the Liceo conservatory with the soprano Carmen Bustamante.
The study of classical singing led me to the search for my own voice in the field of modern singing. In this adventure I have been illuminated by the way Viv Manning (Estill Voice Craft) and Javier Prieto, vocal coach and voice teacher, with whom I have worked based on the knowledge of motor learning, neurology, experiential learning and physiology.
My career as an interpreter has been developed highlighting the first prize of the X contest of young musicians of Extremadura in the specialty of singing or the second prize of the 1st chamber music contest city of Andújar. I have participated in various productions such as the opera studio Jaén Ópera Joven or the zarzuela La maldición del corregidor of the Infanta Leonor de Jaén theater. In the choral field I have been a member of the Choir of the Orchestra of Extremadura, of the Madrigal Choir, directed by Mireia Barrera, Ars in Nova, directed by Pere Lluís Biosca or Fónics, a project directed by the tenor Lluís Vilamajó.
Over time I have learned to define my great passion: pedagogy. I am a person who learns to facilitate learning, in continuous search for tools that make it a game and of the game, an apprenticeship, whose objective is artistic expression through our voice.
